Services

Bloom Care Services provides residential, commercial, office, industrial, and post-construction cleaning services. Services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from the original estimate.

Scheduling and Access

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Delays caused by inaccessible properties may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to applicable fees permitted by law.

Cancellations

Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible. Bloom Care Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Secure valuables and fragile items before service.
Inform us of any hazards, special instructions, or restricted areas.
Ensure pets are safely secured during service unless otherwise arranged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address verified service-related concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom Care Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Bloom Care Services and may not be copied or used without permission.
